Q: How do you evaluate me?
Our selection is merely based on merit. First you
should meet our required Basic qualifications mentioned
in the advertisement. CVs are then evaluated and the
top candidates are contacted. At the first interview
you will be screened to ensure that you truly meet
basic academic/Professional required for the job.
Subsequently you will be interviewed by relevant section
heads and Executive Directors to assess your soft
and hard skills, essential for the successful performance
of the position.
When necessary, the reference will be checked. The
Security Dept at Asiri may also screen your personal
character record as a precaution. Finally if you are
successful at all the interviews you will be selected
subject to the final approval of the Managing Director.

Yes you can, Foreign employees are working at Asiri
Group. Apply through WEB, Thereafter we can initiate
negotiations. However for all foreign employees, we
provide free food, accommodation and up down Air Tickets.
The expenses incurred on Visa arrangements will be
met by the company.
Q: How can I apply for Student Nurse –
Training Programme?
Applications for training are called on batch basis
from time to time depending on the place available
in our Nurses Training School before enrolling a new
batch, we advertise in English and Sinhala newspapers
and our web site too.

How long is the Training Programme?
We are conducting a very comprehensive 03 year- Theoretical
and Clinical Training Programme for Student Nurses.
On successful completion, they will be absorbed to
the cadre of Junior Nurses.
Q: What is the basic qualification to be a
Student Nurse?
You are required to be successful GCE A/L with Mathematics,
Science, and English.
Q: How do you after training for other position
We also conduct a very comprehensive and rigorous
on the job -training programme for Trainee Medical
Laboratory Technicians. That is a unique programme
that you cannot find in any other private institution
in Sri Lanka. This Training is the one of key successful
factors behind our most reputed Laboratory in Sri
Lanka.
Non-experienced applicants will be trained on the
job. Training is a key factor for other positions
too. The duration s for the training period will depend
on the position being trained. Only trainees who successfully
completed the on the job training will be observed
to the permanent cadre subject to one year probation.
When and as necessary off the job training programme
will be organized to improve your required skills
and knowledge for the position.
