	The HR Department of Asiri Group of Hospitals has been awarded the ISO 9001-2008 for its comprehensive Quality Control Management System which incorporates all aspects of its HR operations. Mrs. Damani Wimalasundera, Group Director Administration at Asiri Group of Hospitals, said: “This is a very proud moment for us. The ISO 9001 confirms that every single procedure of our HR operations, from Talent Resourcing to Talent Development, is quality checked which finally ensures a totally competent work force. We are the first company in Sri Lanka to obtain ISO 9001-2008 exclusively for an HR Department”. The certificate is awarded by the UKAS Quality Management Accreditation Board.
