Our three year Nursing and Medical Laboratory Technology programmes attract young talents and transform them into High Calibre Nurses and Medical Laboratory Technicians. Through these programmes we help them succeed in their professions by providing state- of- the- art Class Room facilities coupled with comprehensive practical sessions under the direction of local and foreign Medical and Nursing professionals who are employed full time. Our Soft Skills Training Programmes focus on continuous enhancement of commitment, passion and morale of the staff towards delivering the best health care to customers. The up to date knowledge and the skills on latest medical Technology are the key underlying factors that strengthen our internal Talent. Most differentiating and competitive factor of our Talent is the tacit knowledge which progressed over the past decades with the development of the Private Health Care Industry. Since our Institution is one of the pioneers in the Industry we proudly place on record our Talents and their Tacit Knowledge as a unique factor which they gained and entrenched over the progress of the Industry. Our weekly Walk- In – Training programme is a unique programme which focuses on soft skills development and knowledge development of our Talents. Any employee can freely walk –in and participate in this weekly session. This creates a knowledge enabled work environment throughout the organization. Our Imaging Department is manpowered by well recognized local talents and foreign talents as well. Due to rapid expansion programmes launched in our Group, now we are in the process of spotlighting new Talents.
